Magnificent Limestone Garden Rotunda

Limestone Garden Rotunda

What’s not to love about this fabulous garden piece?  With a gloriously carved limestone base and frieze, wrought iron dome, and standing more than eleven feet high, it’s surely one of my favorite things I’ve posted yet.  I suppose the only downside is how to transport it, particularly if you aren’t  planning to keep it in the United Kingdom.  Available on February 23rd as Lot 37 in the Architectural Heritage: The Adrian and Suzy Puddy Collection Auction at Christie’s South Kensington office in London.
